WSS.one designs and builds practical AI systems and related services, including:

• WhatsApp AI assistants and customer-communication automation
• Website chatbots and lead-qualification assistants
• Knowledge-base AI (retrieval-augmented generation) and document search
• Document, report and content automation
• Business dashboards, analytics and automated digests
• Workflow automation and system integration
• AI strategy audits, consulting, training and governance
• Custom AI systems and agents

Specific scope, deliverables and any fees are agreed separately in a written proposal or order — prices are not published on this website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. AI Services — Accuracy & Your Responsibility

Our Services use artificial intelligence. Please read and accept the following:

• AI is clearly identifiable. Where you interact with an AI assistant, you are told that you are communicating with an automated system, not a human.
• AI can make mistakes. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must review and verify any important information before relying or acting on it.
• You remain responsible. You are responsible for how AI outputs are used in your business and for checking them for accuracy, legality, and suitability for your purpose.
• No guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, income, ranking, growth, or outcome, and we do not guarantee that AI output will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
• Not professional advice. AI output and our content do not constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• Third-party AI models. Our Services may use third-party AI providers; their behaviour and availability are outside our control.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them
• Not misuse, abuse, or harm our Services or other users
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by WSS.one or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold WSS.one harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp/Wasender, AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Groq, and our own platforms Kyshara, Aquecimento Global and MyEventScope). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties

3. Arbitration or legal proceedings in the Netherlands, if mediation is unsuccessful
